Designed by architect Sylvian Bien and constructed in 1940 by Sam Minskoff and Sons, 737 Park Avenue is a classic New York skyscraper on the Upper East Side. Recently renovated, the building has been redesigned in light of contemporary housing standards, reducing the number of residences from one hundred to sixty.
The style is elegant, both externally and internally. Many of the furnishings are by Poliform, from kitchens to furniture pieces, such as beds and armchairs.
