Food and design, eclecticism and tradition meet in the new project for Trattoria del Ciumbia, the third location of Gruppo TSF Holding in Milan, which reinterprets the classic tavern with a modern approach, in terms of interior design and fine dining. Designed by Dimorestudio, the new trattoria has Poliform as a protagonist in the creation of the structural parts and furnishings, in an outstanding demonstration of the brand’s expertise in the field of custom design.
In this context of retro atmospheres inspired by the traditional venues of the Brera district, the Contract Division of Poliform has concentrated on the architectural features, starting with the walnut paneling framing the dining room, and the entrance leading to the counter in the bar, a reminder of the taverns of bygone days.
Poliform’s contribution continues in the wardrobes, the bottle racks and the waiter station, in the facings (metals, wood varieties, wallpapers), all the way to the drapes that add a sophisticated, bohemian tone to the private dining room and the privé club lounge in the basement.
The furnishings match the mood. Poliform Contract has created all the fixed furnishings and special pieces designed by Dimorestudio, alongside the chairs and tables of the main spaces – original complements envisioned by Dimoremilano. All in a brilliant mixture of styles and flavors, for a new attraction in Milan.
