Poliform confirms its presence at the Salone del Mobile.Milano, the premier stage for international design, taking place from April 8 to 13. The company presents itself through an immersive, multisensory installation. A refined interplay of architectural axes defines the layout, dividing the interior into distinct areas and setting the rhythm of contemporary living, in continuous dialogue with the outdoors and the surrounding natural environment. This elegant architectural backdrop hosts the latest creations by Jean-Marie Massaud, Emmanuel Gallina, Soo Chan, and, for the first time, studioutte, furnishing both indoor and outdoor spaces in a harmonious stylistic continuum.
The expansive living area features a composition of living room, family room, and dining room. Here, comfort takes shape in two new upholstered systems designed by Jean-Marie Massaud: the Owen collection of sofas and armchairs, which merges couture-inspired sensual lines with a robust Mid-Century architectural structure; and Joan, an archetypal sofa that places the spotlight on its generous padding, accompanied by namesake coffee tables that echo its linearity in a sculptural design. Surrounding these are a constellation of new proposals that enrich the space devoted to conviviality with elegance and function: the Leopold armchair, the Nara collection now available in a lacquered finish, and the Adrien desk and tables.
Lighting, too, adds atmosphere to the scene with new designs by studioutte for Poliform, including the Helga and Arthur lamps—united by their geometric and formal purity.
A continuous theme running through the interiors is the bookcase system, to which Poliform dedicates significant attention, enhancing its architectural and decorative value. Among these, the new Tess bookcase by Massaud stands out with its dynamic composition of asymmetries, varying thicknesses, and refined proportions. The Architectural system leads into the night area, conceived as a suite opening onto a reading corner, home office, and two walk-in closets created with the Senzafine system. These spaces, designed for personal wellbeing, are highlighted by uninterrupted views of the outdoor setting.
It is precisely this en plein air dimension that embraces a new stylistic identity inspired by the nautical world. Emmanuel Gallina presents two collections that evoke maritime allure through the pairing of teak wood and rope: the modular Lagoon system and the Ponte seating collection.
New tables, coffee tables, and accessories enrich the overall scene with their organic and tactile qualities, culminating in the Soori Day armchair and the new Soori outdoor coffee table, both designed by Soo Chan.
